The facility has a calm atmosphere and has a homey feel. The staff is always friendly and available for help. I always feel welcome when I walk in being greeted by the front desk assistant. The staff seems to understand dementia and has treated my dad with respect and kindness. It is also very clean. His clothes are always washed and hung up neatly and his room is always tidy.
